The basic use of this program is to convert your text file from one folder and it will make
a single html help file without much knowledge of html help.
It will generate a html help project file in the folder where your source text files are, you need to
open it and compile it using html help workshop click here .
Html Help workshop is a freeware
This program is developed by Chittaranjan Satpathy in VB.NET you can download and use it free without any cost.
