My Interview Experience

Hi friends today I am going to share my interview experience with Swati Group of Company.

I have received a call from voices enterprises Ranchi, told me to attend an interview on 12th of September at 11:00 am. I asked them about the company profile and Job Position; they told me that the company is a cement manufacturing company which is at Judi, 1 Km before Hata, 15 Km away from Jamshedpur. Job Position was Sr. Accountant although I am not a pure accountant I am a science graduate but nevertheless they have short listed my resume for an interview.

I reached at 9:30 am, it was Swati Udyog some construction work was going inside the factory, I told security guard and saw my interview call letter to them, they told me to sit inside the guard room because the Director Mr. Amit Kejriwal was yet to reach at company premises. So, I was waiting there along with other fifteen candidates, but we have to wait very long because the director reached around 12 noon and the interview begins at 1:30 PM. 3-4 candidates left without attending the interview.

When my turn came I knocked the door and asked “May I come in Sir”

One of the gentleman said “Yes Please, take your sit”

I saw inside, there were three Gentlemen in front of me, one of them was Mr. Amit Kejriwal but I fail to recognize him.

Gentleman: Well Mr. Satpathy “Have you bring your resume”

Me: Sir, I have my all career certificates with me

Gentleman took my Career certificate file and handed over me a plain paper and told me to write my resume, I did and handed over to them. There after the gentleman asked me few question about my past organization and job responsibility where I was working, and why I left that Job.

I told them that I was working at M/s. Cordoba Engg. PVT. Ltd. for almost 9 years as a system administrator, my responsibilities were Debit Note, Bank statement, sales, and software maintenance and as per their requirement along with hardware maintenance. I left that job for salary and presently I am working for EVEREST ELECTRICALS. as system administrator.

Gentleman: “Mr. Satpathy does you have knowledge of SAP?”

Me: Sir, although I have not worked with SAP but I am capable to work with SAP as I have a developing capability in .NET and SQL Server.

Gentleman: Good.

Gentleman: “How much is your present salary? And how much is your expectation.

Me: Sir, Presently I am getting 12,000 Per Month and I expect 15,000 Per Month.
With that my interview ends and the gentleman shakes hand with me and said Thank you Mr.Satpathy We definitely call you.

Till date I have not received any call from them.
